Step 1: Launch Soko Mtaani

Install the Soko Mtaani App from the App Store or Google Play, or visit the Soko Mtaani website using any browser.

Note: If using a browser, the first time you access the website, you will be prompted to choose your location (Zanzibar or Dar es Salaam) and language.

Step 2: Browse and Select Products

Soko Mtaani offers a wide variety of food categories. Browse through the categories and select the products you wish to buy by clicking cart button.

Step 3: Add to Cart

As you select products, they will automatically be added to your cart. In the cart, you will see the selected products, their quantities, individual prices, and the total price.

Once you’re satisfied with your selections, tap or click “Place Order” to proceed. 

Step 4: Order Preview

  • Before finalizing your order, you’ll be shown an Order Preview that includes:
    • The chosen products
    • Delivery location
    • Packaging cost
    • Total price
  • Review all the details and make any changes if necessary, then tap or click “Proceed to pay” to proceed.

Step 5: Proceed to Pay

Choose your payment method and proceed with the payment. Payment options include Cash, Lipa namba, or Bank Transfer. Then click the button “Order”.

Step 6: Order Confirmation

After completing your payment, you will receive an order confirmation. You can track your order through the App or Shop website.
